The Council continued the review of the Capital Improve-
ments as part of the Budget study for 1967 -68.
RECESS for 15 minutes was declared by Mayor Gruber.
The Council reconvened with all members present.
The report of the City Manager on tideland use and
related matters was studied and discussed. Several
people spoke from the audience.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 P. M.
