and Object No. 93 -19 (one switching unit) in the
amount of $55, should be deleted.
Angus Potter spoke from the audience stating that
he thought any additional policing of the harbor area
would be a duplication of services.
Councilman Marshall made a motion that the Police

of deleting the water police patrol for the coming
year; and that the City Manager be instructed to
come back with amendments to carry out said
policy.
Councilman Parsons made a substitute motion to
