Mayor Marshall opened the public hearing in connection

with the Preliminary Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year
1968 -69.
Mayor Marshall inquired if anyone present desired to be
heard. No'one spoke from the audience at that time.
1. The Transmittal Letter was discussed.
2. Summaries of the following items were discussed:
(a) Operating Expenditure Estimates.
(b) Revenue Estimates.
(c) Proposed Operating Expenditures.
(d) Proposed Personnel Costs.
(e) Fund Transfers.

(g) Municipal Revenue Trends.
(h) Municipal Operating Expenditure Trends.
(i) Assessed Valuation and Tax Rate Trends.
