Z. The Council adjourned at 8:05 P. M. to an Executive it Well Session for the purpose of receiving staff reports and rilling related matters pertaining to possible litigation in connection with violations of oil well drilling prohi- bitions as set forth in Section 1401 of the City Charter. The Council reconvened at 10:00 P.M. with all members present. Mayor Marshall recommended that a committee be appointed for the purpose of conducting additional investigation of the alleged Charter violations in connection with oil well drilling prohibitions and nominated Vice Mayor Parsons and Councilman McInnis as members of the committee, with the Mayor to serve as ex officio member and Vice Mayor Parsons as Chairman. mte An Oil Well Drilling Prohibitions Committee was Motion ppt'd appointed as recommended by Mayor Marshall.
