Mayor Marshall opened the continued public hearing in

connection with the proposed annual budget as prepared by
the City Manager for the Fiscal Year 1969 -70.
City Clerk Laura Lagios read into the record a resolution
of the Corona del Mar Chamber of Commerce stating its
opposition to any change in the Council policy of not
donating or contributing public funds to any organization.
Councilman Shelton arrived and took his seat at the
Council table.
Mayor Marshall asked if anyone desired to be heard.
