It was agreed that the amended Memorandum of Under=
standing contained wording acceptable to the Council.
Final revisions to the Budget were agreed upon.
A proposed utilities tax ordinance was discussed and

amended to include a policy statement to the effect that in

enacting the ordinance, the policy of the Council is to
use the revenues derived thereunder to reduce the amount
of revenue which would otherwise be raised by property
taxes in the same fiscal year.
An Executive Session was held on Council appointive
