The meeting was adjourned to an executive session to
discuss personnel procedures in connection with improved
coordination between City Council and Planning Com-
mission concerning zoning and development issues. The
staff, including the City Clerk, was excused.
Inasmuch as there was some question of the propriety of
holding an executive session to discuss methods for co-
ordination between City Council and the Planning Com-
mission concerning zoning and development issues (such
as Promontory Point), no such discussion was held, and
the meeting reconvened with all members of the Planning
Commission present and all members of the City Council
present except Mayor Pro Tern Rogers.

mission members, and Mayor Hirth, Councilman McInnis
and Councilman Parsons were appointed as the Council -
manic members to serve on the Zoning and Development
Procedures Committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:55 P.M.
