1. Mayor McInnis stated that the adjourned meeting was
being held for the purpose of electing a Mayor Pro
Tempore.

conducted by roll call vote, was established.
The City Clerk passed out ballots to the Council for
the office of Mayor Pro Tempore.
City Clerk Laura Lagios announced there was a
majority of votes nominating Howard Rogers.

The City Clerk was directed to cast a unanimous vote

for Howard Rogers.

Howard Rogers was unanimously re- elected as Mayor
Pro Tempore of the City of Newport Beach.
