A. ROLL CALL.
Absent
x
The Council adjourned to a closed session to
consider personnel matters.
The Council reconvened, at which time the Mayor
announced that the Council had unanimously
accepted the resignation of Michael Miller, City
Attorney, effective 5 p.m., January 31, 1983.
In addition, Robert Burnham, Assistant City
Attorney, was appointed as Acting City Attorney,
effective 8 a.m., December 22, 1982, at an annual
salary of $50,016.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
