A. ROLL CALL.
The City Council immediately went into closed
session to discuss possible litigation.
The City Council reconvened at 9:35 a.m.
Mayor Maurer announced that the City
Council had decided to not take any
action with respect to litigation
against John Wayne Airport until further
information is available from legal
counsel.
The meeting adjourned at 9:36 a.m.
