NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Newport Beach will establish the
City's Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2019-20, pursuant to Article 13B of the State Constitution
on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the Council Chambers at 100 Civic
Center Drive, Newport Beach.
APPROPRIATION LIMIT:
Article 13B Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2019-20 $201,601,920
Total Appropriations Subject to Limit 181,7361695
Amount Under Limit $ 19.865.225
Copies of the calculation of the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Appropriations Limit are available for public
inspection on the City's website at http://www.newportbeachca.gov/finance.
