1. SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT FOR ROGER'S
GARDENS CONCERT - Request to consider
sound amplification permit for the
Newport Chamber Orchestra for July 20,
1985.

Motion was made to approve subject
permit.
Council Member Agee entered the Council
Chambers and took his seat.

2. Motion was made to adjourn to closed
session to discuss proposed expansion of
John Wayne Airport.
The meeting reconvened at 6:15 p.m., and
immediately adjourned to Wednesday, July 17,
at 7:30 a.m., to meet in closed session to
discuss pending litigation regarding John Wayne
Airport.
