The City Council convened at 3:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
The meeting was immediately adjourned to
a closed session in the Conference Room
to discuss possible litigation.
The City Council reconvened in regular
session at 5:10 p.m., and authorized the
City Manager to continue negotiations
with the Cities of Costa Mesa and Irvine
regarding the Memorandum of
Understanding for Inter -City Traffic
Impacts Mitigation.
Meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
