pending litigation regarding Reutz vs.
City of Newport Beach, and Heinzel vs.
City of Newport Beach.
Adjourned at 4:00 p.m., with no action
taken.
The notice for this meeting was stated
on the agenda of October 11, 1993,
posted on October 7, 1993, at 8:35 p.m.,
on the City Hall Bulletin Board located
outside of the City of Newport Beach
Administration Building, and noticed on
the door of the City Council Chambers on
October 12, 1993 at 9:00 a.m.
