Also Present: City Manager Kevin Murphy, and City Atto
Robert Burnham.
David Jones and Shirley Poitras of Sentient Systems were
facilitators for this workshop.
It was noted that the objectives of the Friday
Saturday Strategic Planning Workshop were for
City Council and City Manager to:
A. Build the new Council team;
B. Update the consensus long term vision for
City in 2010;
C. Determine specific priorities for the City
1995 -96;
D. Increase openness and effectiveness
communication;
E. Establish ways of working together to enh
effective and creative decision malting;
F. Make specific decisions to resolve issues n
by individuals during the interviews;
G. Do the Performance Evaluation for the
Manager.
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m, to 8:00 am., Satur
January 7, 1995 for continuation of the Strategic Plan
Workshop.
Meeting was Called to Order at 8:07 am. on Saturday,
January 7,1995.
The City Council continued their discussion of the Objectivi
enumerated in the above, and adjourned at 12:30 p.m. to CI
Session.
Meeting reconvened at 2:30 p.m.
During the workshop discussion public comments were heard
Dolores Offing, Long Pham and Georgina Vaught.
Meeting adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
