Programs Offered Housing Program SPIN's housing program provides move -in costs to permanent housing for families with children through rapid rehousing and transi- tional housing programs. The foundation of our housing programs arccase management and support services, which are designed to address the underlying issues that fed to the client's current situation and may include job development, counseling, etc. Street Services SPIN's volunteers prepare and deliver 300- 400 meals each week to the working poor and literally homeless in Orange County, as well as hygiene kits, warm jackets, blankets, rain ponchos, fulfill special requests and make referrals to shelters. Private property is code enforcement related. ■ Sleeping in a motor vehicle on public property or areas open to the public, such as parking lots, is prohibited from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m. Private residential property is exempt from this prohibition. ■ Private property owners/representatives can/may take action by exercising their right to a citizen's arrest for trespassing or other applicable law violation. shelter Costa Mesa Bridge Shelter The City of Costa Mesa's Inreach team works diligently to provide services to the City's shelter guests' who are residing in the City's 8ridgeShelter. The Inreach team actively meets with shelter guests, and provides wrap around case management services with the goal of finding housing for each individual.
