Background
1. Newport Beach receives Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) funds each year from the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
2. The City invested $370,685 for the 2018-19 program year
covering July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
