CLOSED SESSION
Adjourned to Closed Session pursuant to Section 54956.9(b) of the Government Code
to hold a conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation/significant
exposure (the facts of the incident involve actions taken by a property owner in
reliance on representations of City employees).

ADJOURNMENT — 12:00 p.m.
The agenda for the Special Meeting was posted on October 1, 1999, at 4:30
p.m. on the City Hall Bulletin Board located outside of the City of Newport
