Good day Mister Mayor and Members of the City Council,
I support the appointment of Jim Mosher to the VNB Executive Committee. Jim has applied for various appointments
and is always passed up. No one has donated more time to city business than Jim. He deserves a chance. The VNB
board could use his input.
And he would be embarrassed if he knew I was writing this on his behalf!
