Special Meeting
February 16, 2010 — 5:00 p.m.
I. ROLL CALL
Present: Council Member Selich, Council Member Rosansky, Mayor Pro Tern Henn, Mayor Curry,
Council Member Gardner, Council Member Daigle
Excused- Council Member Webb
City Clerk Brown announced that Council Member Daigle will be particiating from a teleconferencing
location pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(6) - 1 Miramontes Point Road, Half Moon Bay,
California.
II. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Labor Negotiators (Government Code F 54957 61:
1. Agena Designated Representatives: Bill Avery of Avery & Associates and Terri
Cassidy, Human Resource Director
2. Employee Organization: Multiple Newport Beach Associations - Lifeguard
Management Association (LMA), Newport Beach Firefighters' Association (NBFA),
Police Management Association (PMA), Police Employees' Association (PEA) and Fire
Management Association (FMA)
III. CLOSED SESSION REPORT - None
IV. ADJOURNMENT - 6:02 p.m.
The agenda for the Regular Meeting was posted on February 18, 2010, at 11:00 am. on the
City Hall Bulletin Board located outside of the City of Newport Beach Administration
Building. The amended agenda for the Regular Meeting was posted on February 14, 2010,
at 12:00 p.m. on the City Hall Bulletin Board located outside of the City of Newport Beach
Administration Building.
