CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING PENDING
LITIGATION (54956.9): Orange County vs. Air California et. al. USDC Case No.
CV85 -1542 TJH (MCX)
Mayor Adams announced that during Closed Session the City Council voted
unanimously to authorize the City Attorney to approve a five -year stipulation that
will allow FedEx and UPS to continue to provide overnight service from John Wayne
Airport (JWA).
PUBLIC COMMENTS -None
ADJOURNMENT - 12:51 p.m.
The agenda for the Special Meeting was posted on February 1, 2001 at
12:10 p.rrL on the City Hall Bulletin Board located outside of the City of
Newport Beach Administration Building.
