Subject: Consent Calendar Item 7 - Police Station Gun Range Remodel - Award of
Contract No. 7080-1
City staff requests approval to amend the funding source listed in the staff report for award
of this contract. As adopted in the 2019-20 budget, there is a larger Police Facility
Remodel project that includes capital improvements to the police locker room, restrooms,
parking lot and shooting range.
Staff proposes the use of General Fund and Facilities Maintenance funds as alternate
sources for the shooting range component of the project as follows:

Facilities Maintenance 57101-980000-20F12 $ 75,091
Total: $ 765,000
Additional funding will be needed for the Police Facility Remodel project next fiscal year
and will be proposed during adoption of the 2020-21 budget.
