SUBJECT: Addendum to ABLE Memorandum of Understanding C– 3011
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve the attached changes to the original ABLE Memorandum
of Understanding.
BACKGROUND:
Attached is a revised Memorandum of Understanding that adds the Orange
County Fire Authority (which operates a single fire - fighting helicopter) as an
ABLE member agency. The addition of the Fire Authority is a logical extension
of ABLE's mission and will serve to further consolidate and enhance airborne
public safety resources.
