Subj: Geobase System Agreement Modifications for
APPRO, 10)
Council Meeting of January 25, 1988.
The following addenda to existing contracts are being submitted
for your approval. These addenda have been necessitated by
modifications to the Geobase System as listed below:
1) Finalization of agreement with Sierra Computer Systems
replacing Infocomp Software which has gone out of business,
to provide a Building Permit Tracking System.
2) Changes in the Holquin hardware configuration for the Public
Works and Utilities Departments.
3) Changes in the Hewlett - Packard hardware configuration to
provide backup capabilities for the HP -9000 workstations.
The master agreements have previously been approved by Council
and the funding exists in the current budget. Staff recommends
that these modifications be approved.
