One of the teams recommended, Archstone, has submitted the attached letter withdrawing from the RFQ process. Staff believes the next most qualified candidate to replace Archstone is Olen Properties Corporation. Due to the uncertainty surrounding this potential transaction, Archstone will not be preparing a proposal for the Reuse of the Existing City Hall Property and is formally withdrawing from the RFQ 13 -16 process.
