Tidelands Management Committee
Nine public meetings

Draft recommendations regarding special fund for tidelands capital

Five public meetings
Approved the Lido Village Design Guidelines
Approved Landscaping &Beautification Concept Plans for:
Balboa Boulevard,
West Coast H and Superior Avenue,
Corona del Mar entry at MacArthur Boulevard, and
Bristol Street South,,
Four-month, live traffic Lane Drop /Relocation Test and public
outreach campaign for Coast Highway.
Extension of JWA Settlement Agreement
Wrapped up ma jor negotiations, remained collaborative with
SPON, AWG, C
Pension Reform P rogress
Completed Labor Agreements with public safety groups
additional employee pension contributions.
Miscellaneous labor groups had tentative agreements at end of
year -additional employee pension contributions.
2nd / 3rd tier implementations accomplished.
