This company has applied to operate twelve towing vehicles. To insure that only the highest quality equipment be operated, and pursuant to section 5.13.100 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, the Police Department has been requested to perform inspections on the applicant's vehicles. Upon completion of the inspection and report by the police department, a recommendation shall be provided by this office for council approval on January 26, 1987.
