Thank: you so much for all you have accomplished fox the Newport Harbor area
in leading the Harbor Quality Committee.. SPON and the Conservancy
Unfortunately for me Z can't get .it out of my mind that the course that must
be pursued in the future to effect the major changes in the drainage system
of San Diego Creek required to stop the pollution and the siltation of the
Upper Bay ultimately will be counter to the way those three very successful
organizations now function.
Regretfully, 1 thus must resign. from all three.
