During the last several months, I have found that I have been unable to
attend the Harbor Quality Committee meetings, and therefore, feel that it is
necessary to resign from the Committee in order that someone else, who will
be a more active participate, may get involved.
I want to thank you and the rest of the City's staff for the opportunity to
participate during the last couple of years.
