SUBJECT: LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH LEO AND KATHLEEN TURGEON FOR 418
CARNATION AVENUE
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute a license agreement with Leo and Kathleen Turgeon for
418 Carnation Avenue; and authorizing the City Clerk to record the
agreement with the County Recorder.
DISCUSSION:
On September 11, 1978, the City Council granted a
revocable permit to Kathleen S. Turgeon for a one -foot encroachment
into First Avenue of steps and a walkway adjacent to 418 Carnation
Avenue, subject to the condition that the permit be documented,
recorded, and run with the property.
A license agreement has been prepared by the City and
executed by Mr. & Mrs. Turgeon.
