SUBJ: MEET & CONFER FY 83/84 - NEWPORT BEACH OCEAN LIFEGUARD ASSN.
The City Negotiating Team has reached an agreement with the Newport
Beach Ocean Lifeguard Association. The Agreement can be summarized
as follows:
1. PERS Pick-up: 4.5% increase, maximum 9.0%
2. Salary increase: .2%
In accordance with the City Council's direction, it is recommended
that the attached Memorandum of Understanding for Fiscal Year 83/84
be approved effective June 25, 1983.
