The agreement can be summarized as follows: 1. Total Compensation Increase: A. Sworn employees - 12.08 B. Non -sworn employees - 9.58 2. Inclusive in the Total Compensation increase, the City will pay the employee's PERS contribution as follows: A. Sworn employees - 4.5% B. Non -sworn employees - 3.5% 3.
