Re: Consent of the City of Newport Beach to Sale of Mobile
Home and Trailer Park Space /Newport Marinapark Space #7 -A
DISCUSSION
Since March, 1976 when the City entered into a lease concerning
all trailer spaces at Newport Marinapark, no sale or other
transfer of mobilehome and trailer space is permissible without
the prior written consent of the City. In this case, Mr. & Mrs.
Kratz, the owners of space #7 -A, have entered into an agreement
to convey their interest to Mr. & Mrs. Meisler.
