SUBJ: Pacific View Development Agreement
On June 26, 1995 the City Council approved amendments to the
Pacific View Development Agreement and directed this office to
revise the document accordingly. We have made the revisions
approved by the City Council on June 26th and those revisions are
shown in strikeout and underline. Modifications have also been
made to the Restrictive Covenant consistent with Council action.
Finally, the Exhibits to the Development Agreement have been
modified to conform with provisions of the Development Agreement
and to eliminate confusing graphics.
