GPA 88-2(B) - Toyota Motor Sales
➢ The GPA was adopted on November 27, 1989.
➢ The motion was made by Council Member Hart.
➢ The motion was carried by Sansone, Cox, Hart, Strauss, Turner, Watt, and Mayor Plummer.
GPA 89-2(A) - Santa Ana Heights
➢ The GPA was adopted on June 10, 1991.
➢ The motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Turner.
➢ The motion was carried by Hedges, Watt, Turner, Hart, Cox, Plummer, and Mayor Sansone.
GPA 90-3(A) - Sheraton Hotel
➢ The GPA was adopted on June 8, 1992.
➢ The motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Turner.
➢ The motion was carried by Hedges, Watt, Turner, Hart, Cox, Plummer, and Mayor Sansone.
GPA 92-1(C) - Old Newport Boulevard Plan
➢ The GPA was adopted on March 24, 1997.
➢ The motion was made by Council Member Glover.
➢ The motion was carried by O'Neil, Thomson, Hedges, Glover, Noyes, and Mayor Debay.
Council Member Edwards was absent.

➢ The motion was carried by Watt, Hart, Cox, Debay, and Mayor Turner. Council Members
Hedges and Sansone abstained.
GPA 94-1(F) - Pacific View Memorial Park

➢ The motion was made by Council Member Cox.
➢ The motion was carried by Edwards, Watt, Debay, Cox, Glover, O'Neil, and Mayor Hedges.
Certain items were straw voted, but did not pertain to the adoption of GPA 94-1 F.
