A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE NEW STREET NAMES
"CAMPANILE ", "LOGGIA ", "RESIDENCIA ", "RIVOLI" AND
"VILAGGIO" FOR THE BONITA CANYON APARTMENT HOMES
AREA (FINAL TRACT NO. 15584)
WHEREAS, Section 19.20.080 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code requires street names to
be approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, after consideration, it is the best interest of the City of Newport Beach and
convenient to the public to add the new street names "Campanile ", "Loggia ", "Residencia ", "Rivoli" and
"Vilaggio" in the Bonita Canyon Apartment Homes Area (Final Tract No. 15584).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Newport
Beach does hereby approve the new street names "Campanile ", "Loggia ", "Residencia ", "Rivoli" and
"Vilaggio" in the Bonita Canyon Apartment Homes Area (Final Tract No. 15584) within the City of
Newport Beach, as shown on the map marked Exhibit "A," a copy of which is attached, and by reference
is incorporated herein and made a part herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this
Resolution to the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, as provided for in Section 34092 of the
Government Code.
