Dear Mr. Murphy:
The Balboa Island Improvement Association has had a change in board membership which affects
our representative to the City of Newport Beach Aviation Committee. We would like to request that
Ralph Rodheim be removed from the committee and in his place Leroy Sutherland would now be our
regular representative. The new alternate representative would be Dan Stringer.
