The Balboa Island Improvement Association has had a change in board membership which
affects our representative to the City of Newport Beach Aviation Committee. We would like to request
that Tom O'Brien be removed from the committee and in his place Ralph Rodheim would now be our
regular representative. The new alternate representative would be Leroy Sutherland.
