We are residents of beautiful Balboa Island.

Until recently there has been no problem with either airplane
noise or pollution. However, this situation has increased
over the past year creating a very unpleasant environment.
During our residency on the Island, we have had occasion to
talk to people from many foreign countries and they all agree
that Balboa Island is one of tranquility and beauty.
It is our opinion that any further increase in airplane noise
would be intolerable, and would ask that other facilities be
found to alleviate the problem.
