Subjects New license agreement with
Success Broadcasting Company
The attached resolution, if adopted by the City Council, will
authorize the execution of a new license agreement with Success
Broadcasting Company.
The new license agreement, prepared as directed at the Council
meeting of September loth, covers a term beginning October 1, 1968,
and ending January 31, 1982, and cancels any previous license
agreements or amendments thereto.
