A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH INITIATING AN AMENDMENT
TO TITLE 20 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO LAND USE AND PROPERTY
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR SERVICE STATIONS
[AMENDMENT 8851
WHEREAS, Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code authorizes the Planning
Commission to adopt a resolution initiating amendments to the Zoning Code of the City of Newport
Beach; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission intends to initiate an amendment to revise
Chapter 20.80 of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to update land use and property
development regulations for service stations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Newport Beach to initiate an amendment to Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to revise
Chapter 20.80 to update land use and property development regulations for service stations.
