Box 90007, Airport Station Los Angeles, California 90009 January 26, 1965 TO ALL CONCERNED: The following proposal, affecting the utilization of airspace, is the subject of an informal aeronautical study by the Federal Aviation Agency. The purpose of the study is to determine whether the proposed structure, notwithstanding its violation of the standards defined in Part 77, Federal Aviation Regulations, would have an adverse effect upon the safe and efficient utilization of airspace. It is the desire of the FAA that the public be afforded an opportunity to submit comments. All comments, addressed to the Chief, Airspace Utilization Branch, at the above'address, received not later than March 2, 1965, will be considered be- fore final action is taken with respect to this circularization. Location: Newport Beach, California, 951 West 16th Street, at North Latitude 33' 37' 55", West Longitude 117° 56' 15". (See chart on reverse side.) Maximum 320 feet above ground level Overall Height: 425 feet above mean sea level Remarks: At the proposed location and height, the proposed antenna would exceed the standard defined in Part 77, Section 77.29, by 244 feet as applied to the Electronics Development Corpora- tion No. 1 Heliport.
