SUBJECT: PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS IN EASTBLUFF SHOPPING CENTER
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Adopt a resolution accepting the p'lublic utility easements in
the Eastbluff Shopping Center.
2. Authorize the City Clerk to record the document.
DISCUSSION:
The public utility easements in the Eastbluff Shopping Center contain
the City water and sewer mains. The location of the easements is shown on the
attached sketch.
A map filed in Book II, Page 8 of Parcel Maps of Orange County, which
shows the entire shopping center will be on display in the Council Chamber.
The Grantor is The Irvine Company.
The Grantee is the City of Newport Beach.
