Subject: Grant of easement from The Irvine Company
Forwarded is a grant of easement dated October 20, 1961, by which
The Irvine Company grants to the City an easement for street and
highway purposes over the 25-foot strip of land on the northerly
side of Fifth Avenue between Dahlia and Iris Avenues.
The attached resolution will,if adopted by the City Council,
accept said easement and authorize recording of the document
together with drawing No. L-3121 attachedthereto.
