Subject: Grant of Easement, Extension of Sea Lane and
widening of Goldenrod Avenue.
Transmitted herewith is the original of a grant of eascf --neL -- rr...
zinger and consent of lessee, *which will convey an easement
for street and highway purposes to extend Sea Lane to Goldenrod
Avenue, and to widen Goldenrod Avenue northerly from Sea Lane
to the boundary of Tract 5542.
Also attached is a Resolution which, if adopted by the %';ity
Council will accept these documents and author:iz. 'hair
recording.
Street improvements have been completed to the satisfaction of
the City over the area within this grant of easement. It is
requested that the matter be submitted to the City Council at
its meeting on October Sth, 1962.
