By providing this service the City is embracing the concept of multiple transit that improves air quality and benefits many elderly residents unable to take advantage of community services due to mobility problems. It is proposed that any replacement of vehicles as they become worn to be done through grants and donations in cooperation with Friends of Oasis. This allows the program to continue in the future without an additional burden upon the City budget. x7ai, OZA Ronald A.
