RE: Income Properties Disposition Item - 8/24/98 Meeting
This item (continued from the June 22 and July 27 City Council meetings) has
been placed on the City Council's Closed Session agenda for August 24, 1998
in order for the City Council to give direction to City staff regarding the price
and terms of payment for the sale or lease of the following three properties:
• 38th and Lake Triangle (immediately West of Newport Island Bridge).
• 204 44th Street.
• Lot Behind 205 and 207 34+h Street.
Therefore, staff recommends that this item be removed from the regular
agenda.
