The Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance
No. 110 of the City of Newport Beach
is fiereby amended so as to read as
follows:
"Section 10. For every person, firm
or :corporation conducting, managing
or carrying on the business of selling;
bread from a wagon or other vehicle,
which bread is baked or manufac.
tured in the City of Newport Beach,
or who shall sell, furnish or,distribute
bread baked or manufactured outside
of the City of Newport Beach to cus.
tomers, restaurants, hotels, stores or)
other places of business inside of they

sale, furnishing or distribution of
bread.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
take effect and be In force thirty day=
after its passage, and shall be printed
and published once in the Newport
News, a newspaper of general circula-
tion printed, published and circulated
in the City of Newport Beach.
