SECTION 10 OF ORDINANCE NO „; 110 OF SAID CITY, CONCERNJNQ'1 THE LICENSING FOR THE PUR•I POSE OF REVENUE AND TAXAJ TION ALL AND EVERY KIND OF, ' The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. 110 of the City of Newport Beach is fiereby amended so as to read as follows: "Section 10. For every person, firm or :corporation conducting, managing or carrying on the business of selling; bread from a wagon or other vehicle, which bread is baked or manufac. tured in the City of Newport Beach, or who shall sell, furnish or,distribute bread baked or manufactured outside of the City of Newport Beach to cus. tomers, restaurants, hotels, stores or) other places of business inside of they Cit$ of Newport Beach from or by' means of a wagon or other vehicle, the license shall be ten dollars ($10: , 00) per annum for each wagon or ve• hicle used.” The provisions oY Sept "_B oY Ordi• nance, No. 110 shall not apply to the sale, furnishing or distribution of bread.
