TION ON SIDEWALKS
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 3295.1 of
the Newport Beach Munidipe.l
Code is au+ended to read:
"SECTION 3295.1. Bicy-
cle Operation on Sidewalk
prnblbited. No person shall
opera:6e'(IW ride a bicycle up-
on 4hg8s$lewalk in the City
excepts '-- lie south one -half
of the: swalk located on
Ocean "Front between F
Street and McFadden Place
and between 24th Street and
38th St §eet."
SECTION 2: This ordinance
shall be publiished once in the
_Newport Harbor News Press, a
newspaper of general circula-
ion, printed and published in the
City of Newport Beach, and the
same shall be effective 30 days
after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council oY the City of Newport
Beach held on the 14th day of
September, 1959, and was adopt-
ed on the 28th day -of Septem-
ber, 1959, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Kingsley,
Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard,
