ORDINANCE NO. 7.014
AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 3264.1
TO THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO PARKING REGULAT-
IONS.
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3264. 1
is added to the Newport Beach
Municipal Code to read:
"SECTION 3264.1. Park-
ing on Private Property -
Prohibited.
No person shall parka vehicle
in a private driveway or on
private property without the
direct or implied consent&
of the owner or person in
lawful possession of such
driveway or property. "
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 8th day of
October, 1962, and was adopted
oft the 29th day of October,
1962, by the following vote,
td wit;

Stoddard, Gruber, Cook,
Hart, Lorenz, Marshall,
Elder.
NOES, COUNCILMEN
